A 6 page paper that provides a general overview of some issues related to the ANDS and the MDG and identifies some of the most difficult challenges. The writer comments on the report of the 2007 Afghanistan Development Forum, the different fiscal years for the U.S. and Afghanistan and recommendations for disbursing money to the country.
