ABSTRACT:
Te writer considers the way in which English law regulates sales of contract by looking at both case law and legislation. It is argued that there is a high level of certainty as the result of these sources of law, but as a result of changing environments, different scenarios as well as socially dilution, the mechanisms which allow for visibility in the law also causing a degree of fragility or uncertainty.
