6 pages in length. ARS §8-802 governs Arizona's Child Protective Services (CPS) program that provides the resources to investigate, punish and prevent childhood abuse/neglect situations. This agency is responsible for the first step of an 'alleged' charge of neglect or abuse, all the way through assessment, intervention and legal action.
