A 3 page paper critique of a paper appearing in the Journal of Clinical Psychology discussing various types of assessment that have used the Internet as the medium. The authors suggest that the single most inhibiting factor preventing more widespread use of Internet-based testing is that of copyright and other intellectual property restrictions.
