In 7 pages, the author discusses the current state of the criminal justice system incorporating four areas: (1) the ineffectiveness of the Three Strikes law; (2) the use of Deadly Physical Force in police work and the lack of administrative controls in governing police officer actions; (3) the ineffectiveness of Capital Punishment as a crime deterrent, (4) the ineffectiveness of Prison Rehabilitation as a contributing factor to today's high recidivism.
