This 10 page paper is an in-depth examination of the well known company General Electric Company (GEC). The paper starts with a PEST analysis, to look at the political, economic, social and technological impacts on the company. A SWOT analysis is then conducted to identify the strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats to the company. The last analysis uses Porters five forces models, looking at the threat of new entrants and existing competitors, the power of suppliers and buyers and the impact of substitutes.
