ABSTRACT:
An 8 page paper. This paper is an extended version of PGprkga.RTF. In this version, there are six subheadings to correspond with the structure of a basic policy analysis problem. These sections are: verifying and defining the problem, establishing evaluation criteria for the solution, identifying alternative policies, assessing those alternatives, a matrix comparing each alternative to the criteria, recommendation and implementation of the new policies. The issue is parking spaces and a deficit in the school's budget, primarily because students and staff do not want to pay a daily rate on top of the annual permit price. 1 Table/Matrix included.
