ABSTRACT:
The Human Rights Act in the UK has resulted in a significant impact on the applications of the law and the need to reinterpretation statutes to ensure they are complaint with the Human Rights Convention. The paper assess the degree to which the English judiciary may now be seen as interpreting law and the degree to which it may be argued they are making law. Four sources are cited in the bibliography of this seven page paper.
