A 9 page paper that begins by tracing the evolution of leadership theories and motivation theories. The essay explains and discusses two leadership theories: situational and servant, and it explains and discusses two motivational theories, Maslow's Hierarchy and Vroom's Expectancy model. Kolb's learning model is also briefly discussed. The writer comments the theories can all complement each other. There are also a few comments directly related to military leadership.
