15 pages. The leadership styles of military generals Douglas MacArthur, James Gavin, Theodore Roosevelt, Jr., and George Patton are discussed in this comprehensive and interesting paper. Conclusions are drawn as to which general was the most effective, which was the least effective, and why, as well as how and why these leadership styles worked for each the way that they did.
