Modern Confucianism -- Adaptable Throughout All Times
Number of pages:
5
ABSTRACT:
This 5 page report discusses the thinking of the ancient Chinese philosopher Confucius or, more accurately, Kung-fu-tzu. Critics of Confucian thinking consider it to be a static philosophy which has constrained Chinese civilizations to maintain traditional thinking and behavior at all costs. The author of this paper suggests that such is not the case and that Confucianism is as applicable in modern life as it was thousands of years ago. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
