The writer examines a passion where three different people have tried to buy a car following an advertisement placed on a social networking site. The concepts of a unilateral contract, an invitation to treat, how offer and acceptance may take place and the importance of intent are all discussed and applied to the case to assess if, and with whom, a contract may have been formed along with any potential liability.
