ABSTRACT:
This 8 page paper answers questions posed by a student. Then first looks at issues surrounding online recruitment, the advantages and disadvantages for both employers and employees. The second question considers the position of a traditional university that wishes to change from traditional teaching methods to a focus on distance learning though the internet and examines the advantages disadvantages of the positions as well as the way in which they may need to change. The third questions looks at the importance of anti discrimination strategy in relation to the first two questions and the last question outlines why the analysis of jobs may be valuable.
