An 11 page paper using this 1999 film to discuss “gender discrimination from the organizational behavior perspectives of power and politics and organizational change.” The paper also discusses the struggle for equal treatment for women in the military, and how the actions of those involved in a West Point rape contributed for years to the cover up of a crime and inhibited the progress of organizational change in the military.
