10 pages in length. Teaching as a social construct has suffered in the transformation from conventionality to politically correct. The extent to which instructors must be reminded of its philosophy and holistic composition is both grand and far-reaching; that teachers today are academically restricted to follow limiting administrative mandates speaks to how the fundamental concept and application of teaching has been downsized to incorporate only what is deemed socially and politically appropriate. There are those instructors and administrators, however, who fully understand the critical nature of hands-on, expansive education and do everything they can to incorporate an abundance of methods to reach each individual in their classrooms.
