Number of pages:

ABSTRACT:
4 pages in length. To define someone based upon the prevalence of social typecasting is to fail to see that person as an individual of a larger cultural community. Contemporary society has not learned its lesson from past generations whose stereotypical attitudes have caused significant social unrest; rather, the predominance of religious and racial bias in today's world illustrates the reason why a tremendous cultural chasm still exists with various holy sectors and ethnic populations. Bibliography lists 4 sources.
