ABSTRACT:
An 8 page discussion of the evolution we have witnessed in regard to search and seizure practices in the aftermath of the September 11, 2002 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon itself. The author reviews the provisions of the Fourth Amendment and the manner in which our rights were protected by it prior to these attacks as compared to the changes which have occurred afterward.
