ABSTRACT:
This is a 6 page paper (tutorial language) on sexual discrimination. Federal, state, country and company laws require that employees are not discriminated against or harassed in the work place because of gender. Despite these laws and guidelines to employers, companies have continued to pay to the courts and to employees millions of dollars in sexual discrimination and harassment cases. Employers are required to not only set policies but also enforce and monitor that these polices are being followed and ensure that the women employees are receiving equal pay, benefits and opportunities in the work place as men in the same positions.
