Slavery: A Source Of Great Conflict Between The North And South
Number of pages:
6
ABSTRACT:
6 pages in length. Of the political, economic, social, and legal changes that effectively began to slowly but surely discharge just prior to the outbreak of Civil War, some of the most instrumental conflicts had to do with how blacks were treated by the whites, a social tension that had had a stronghold for decades. Indeed, the student can easily surmise that this was the particular point in time at which the racial pot was about to boil over, and no attempts to quell this surging rage would have proven effective at averting what was to inevitably follow. Bibliography lists 2 sources.
