This 11 page paper is based on a case study provided by the student. Synergy International Limited is an IT solutions provider based in New Zealand. The competitive position of the organization is discussed. The first part of the paper presents an analysis of the organization using Porters Five Forces Framework, the paper goes on to discuss the benefits and disadvantages of undertaking partnerships with other New Zealand IT firms, the potential benefits and risks of the Outsource 2 New Zealand strategy.
