ABSTRACT:
A 3 page paper discussing the international trade dispute between States A and B, hosts to Expando and Flexo wristwatch band manufacturers, respectively. Flexo has asked its courts to overrule a customs service refusal to impose import taxes on Expando’s products because the company receives government subsidies. All companies in Expando’s home market receive such subsidies, and the court refuses to override the customs service’s decision. Bibliography lists 3 sources.
