This 14 page paper is written in two parts, The first considers the role of a trainer, why understanding the learning process is important and how it may be used to enhance training skills. The second part of the paper looks at the legal position of an employment agency when one of the workers it places suffers from racial discrimination and also when they pay women lower pay rate than their male counterparts.
