In four pages the ways in which the UK Court of Appeals have provided clarification to the acts of intent to cause death are bodily harm with two hypothetical cases discussed and four real cases R v. Woollin, R v. Nedrick, R v. Hancock and Shankland, and R v. Moloney presented. Six sources are cited in the bibliography.
